I tryed the same diet with my mom but u have to make sure u only drink water and when it tells ypu to drink tea…I lost 7 pounds in 1 week……ur only supposed to have 2000 calories per day but I only drink water and eat organic half the time and if I don’t eat organic I look up on my phone how many calories is in what I am eating before I eat it I usually only have 1400 calories per day…I hope this helped
You should eat about 13 calories for every pound you weigh. I have friends in the military – all in fantastic shape but they train a lot and eat a lot.
I’d recommend going to the gym 2x a week, eating more lean proteins, cutting out refined sugars, sugary drinks and other stuff like that.
Just eat better, crank up some excellent workout music and hit the gym 2x and see what happens next.
